摘要: There is disclosed a process for the renewal of deactivated insolubilized glucose isomerase which comprises subjecting an adsorbed onto anion exchange resin, has been used isomerization into fructose to decrease its activity, treatments by aqueous mineral acid solution in combination with alkaline solution, electrolytic salt or mixture thereof release materials from resin converted type and adsorbing fresh regenerated recover activity isomerase.
