摘要: Robust paradigms are a necessity, particularly for emerging wireless sensor network (WSN) applications. The lack of robust and efficient causes reduction in the provision quality service (QoS) additional energy consumption. In this paper, we introduce modular energy-efficient that involve two archetypes: (1) operational medium access control (O-MAC) hybrid protocol (2) pheromone termite (PT) model. O-MAC controls overhearing congestion increases throughput, reduces latency extends lifetime. uses an optimized data frame format channel time provides faster delivery over medium. Furthermore, novel randomization function avoids collisions. PT model routing single multiple links includes new significant features: determining packet generation rate to avoid sensitivity determine link capacity prior sending packets on each link. state-of-the-art research work is based improving both QoS efficiency. To strength with model; have generated simulated disaster recovery scenario using simulator (ns-3.10) monitors activities staff; hospital staff victims brought into hospital. Moreover; proposed paradigm can be used general purpose Finally; metrics evaluated compared other known protocols involving MAC features. simulation results indicate produced better outcomes.
