摘要: Amplification of HER2 gene (ERBB2) and overexpression protein on cancer cells are found in 10–26% gastric (GC) esophagogastric junction (EGJC). Gene copy number variation (CNV) could be detected these patients liquid biopsy cells. We analysed CNV used qPCR method 87 sera collected from GC EGJC before surgical treatment 40 obtained healthy donors. was also assessed formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue. Furthermore, we the copies expression using fluorescent situ hybridization (FISH) immunohistochemistry (IHC). that higher compared to people (p = 0.01). Moreover, had than donors (p = 0.0016). examination distinguish individuals with or cancers sensitivity specificity 58% 98% (AUC = 0.707, 95% CI 0.593–0.821, p = 0.004). a high tissue by (but not FISH) have significantly more often (p = 0.04). suggested testing as an auxiliary analysis status cancers.
