摘要: Early diagnosis is hampered by the retroperitoneal location of these organs which minimizes, and thereby delays, physical findings. Such delay allows incipient development both local inflammation impairs technical repair systemic sepsis significantly increases postoperative morbidity mortality from multiple end organ failure.
