摘要: Lens regeneration in newts is a remarkable process, whereby lost tissue replaced by transdifferentiation of adult tissues that only few organisms possess. In this review, we will touch on the approaches being used to study phenomenon, recent advances field lens regeneration, similarities and differences between development as well potential role stem cells may play understanding process.
