摘要: Abstract Lead isotopic compositions and major element chemical data are presented for volcanic rocks from the younger Oceanite Series Differentiated of island Reunion, Indian Ocean. Several lead domains identified, in contrast to uniform strontium composition previously found island. The represent predominantly horizontal heterogeneity U Pb ratio mantle under Reunion. lavas have characteristics which transitional hypersthene normative older units nepheline lavas. Although differentiated underwent extensive low pressure crystal fractionation, it is inferred that parental magmas were also nature, members derived by a slightly greater degree partial melting than members.
