摘要: Background: The issue of dental fear and anxiety still poses a significant problem in treating children. Various caries management protocols have been tried to make the visit more compatible child patients. Aim: aim study was evaluate compare behavioral physiological responses chemo-mechanical removal (CMCR) conventional drilling method (CDM). Materials Methods: A total 20 children with an age range 7 11 years bilateral frank carious lesions were included this study. They randomized into two groups: Group - treated CDM first followed by CMCR B CDM. signs (pulse, blood pressure oxygen saturation) noted prior treatment, during post treatment 5 min after treatment. assessed face, legs, activity, cry, consolability scale facial image scale. participants interviewed about pain, discomfort, taste, smell, preference overall experience every procedure. pediatric dentist filled details patient behavior, time utilized need for local anesthesia. results statistically analyzed using t-test Chi-square test appropriately (SPSS version 11).
