摘要: The recommendations of Mihir Shah Committee on the restructuring India’s premier central water sector agencies, namely, Central Water Commission and Ground Board, do not echo any sound understanding administration in India, performance problems confronting it. “paradigm shift” approach to management challenges India suggested by report, which are based flawed analysis outdated concepts, merely reflects professional bias wishful thinking its members.
