摘要: A fistula may be defined as an abnormal communication between two or more epithelial surfaces. In the context of gynecology we are concerned primarily with fistulae genital tract (vagina, cervix, uterus, perineum, in decreasing order frequency) and either urinary (bladder, urethra, ureter) gastrointestinal (rectum, colon, anal canal, small bowel).
