摘要: The appearance of objects depends on their material, shape, and the illumination conditions. Conversely, object provides us with cues about material. This so-called inverse problem is basically underdetermined therefore we expect that material perception are confounded. To gain insight into relevant mechanisms, rendered a set artificial spheres for vastly different canonical light fields reflectance functions.
