摘要: In many areas, including the Purari River basin, extensive hunting of crocodiles during last three decades has drastically reduced their wild populations. The Government Papua New Guinea been aware pressures on crocodile populations and in five years, with help United Nations actively encouraged supported establishment village farms. major purpose these farms is to produce skins for export, this way reduce pressure remaining crocodiles.
