摘要: A solid-state imaging apparatus which performs a global exposure operation, in determined region, for performing as matching respective start times and end of all rows, comprises: plural unit pixels arranged two-dimensional matrix each comprising photoelectric converting generating pixel signal by conversion, holding the generated signal, first gate transferring to unit; controlling line connected commonly gates on same row; vertical circuit resetting pixel; driving line, not thus independent circuit, thereby enabling reduce current flowing power supply when electrodes units.
