摘要: Murine type B particles were separated from C (Rauscher leukemia virus) by means of gentle (low-increment rate) density gradients. The best separation was obtained when the ranged 1.13 to 1.20 g/cm(3) sucrose used and 1.12 1.28 with CsCl. buoyant densities particle bands in 1.18 1.16 g/cm(3), respectively. CsCl gradient gave a better banding at little different its value sucrose.
