摘要: Bracon brevicornis is an ectoparasitoid of a wide range larval-stage Lepidopterans, including several pests important crops, such as the corn borer, Ostrinia nubilalis. It also one earliest documented cases complementary sex determination in Hymenoptera. Here, we present linked-read genome B. brevicornis, complete with ab initio-derived annotation and protein comparisons fellow braconids, Fopius arisanus Diachasma alloem. We demonstrate potential assemblies exploring regions heterozygosity search for structural homology-derived evidence determiner gene (csd).
