Development of a saturated transient X-ray laser at 13.9 nm in LSAI

摘要: Abstract We summarise the progress achieved at LSAI in understanding and optimisation of transient collisional pumping X-ray lasers using an ultra-short sub-ps heating pulse. The effect travelling-wave irradiation on lasing signal 4 d 1 S 0 →4 p P Ni-like Ag line 13.9 nm is studied detail. Under specific conditions strong laser emission also obtained another spectral 16.05 nm, which identified as f –4 transition Ag.
