摘要: Undoped and Mn+Ni doped ZnO nanopowders were synthesized using a simple soft chemical route by varying the Ni doping level (1, 3, 5 7 at.%) keeping Mn (10 constant. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that incorporated Ni2+ ions form secondary phase of cubic NiO beyond 3 at.%, which is also confirmed Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The band gap increases (from 3.32 to 3.44 eV) up at.% decreases with further doping. ZnO:Mn:Ni concentration exhibit good antibacterial efficiency. variation in size nanoparticles, as observed from TEM images hydroxyl radicals evidenced photoluminescence results, clearly substantiate discussion on efficiency nanopowders. Magnetic properties studied vibrating sample magnetometer, results showed largely influences magnetic
