Rate control of hierarchical B prediction structure for multi-view video coding

摘要: Rate control plays an important role in regulating bit streams video coding. In order to obtain good coding performance, the hierarchical B prediction structure has been adopted Multi-view Video Coding (MVC). However, conventional rate scheme is not efficient structure. this paper, we propose a algorithm address problem. First, accurate estimation of Mean Absolute Distortion (MAD) current frame desired for both quantization parameter (QP) selection and Optimization (RDO). Considering structure, bi-directional MAD model proposed predict by using actual MADs encoded frames lower Temporal Layers (TLs). Second, number header bits close relationship with TLs Therefore, enhanced method which proportional introduced if are located different TLs. Experimental results show that our can achieve target performance.
