摘要: Building telecommunication network infrastructures is a key issue both, in developing regions and isolated areas order to facilitate people not only access information new technologies, but also give them the opportunity of self-organize. Nevertheless, despite huge importance infrastructure for development people, building neutral open communication system priority governments, so community networks are solid real alternative.
