摘要: Publisher Summary The relationship between allergen exposure and asthma can be divided into two phases: of a genetically predisposed individual, which leads to primary sensitization, ongoing an already sensitized contributes the development chronic bronchial hyperresponsiveness symptoms. Early infancy has been identified as critical period for sensitization mite allergen. However, occur at any age may related dose individual susceptibility. Minimizing impact environmental risk factors (such house-dust mites, cats, dogs) is first management step reduce severity asthma. Although control difficult, it must become integral part overall asthmatic patients. If increased indoor allergens contributed observed increase in prevalence, important issue whether prevented by avoidance infants high developing allergic disease needs addressed without delay.
