摘要: Abstract This article describes the results of a qualitative study exploring community members' perceptions effects class action lawsuit challenging inequitable funding for adequate education initiated by small city in New Hampshire. The extent to which was empowered as result and on general, were explored. Although respondents had mixed views about community, actions that taken responses within various groups indicate degrees empowerment. Respondents also articulated suggestions use lawsuits. An analysis aftermath points implications social work practitioners involved legal behalf justice.
