摘要: In this paper the study has been carried out for finding position of a mobile subscriber from network independent brokers’ point view. As each device monitors signal strength, helps in assisting to take timely handoff decisions. These strength measurements are referred as NMR (Network Measurement Report). A detailed was conducted analyze use such parameters locate user under coverage area BTS used cellular network. Use these implies that system work manner. This discusses issues implementation and includes statistics collected using simulation tool OPNET [1].
