摘要: This work reports the study of optimization reaction parameters on synthesis high quality CuInS2 and AgInS2 nanocrystals for bioimaging applications. The concentration precursors (e.g. Ag, Cu, In S) plays a key role in determining emission profile these ternary quantum dots (QDs). By carefully varying precursor compositions, QD can be tuned from red to near infrared (NIR) region. Taking advantages NIR emission, which possesses minimal absorption biological tissues, we have also prepared water-dispersible CuInS2/ZnS AgInS2/ZnS demonstrated biocompatibility both deep tissue penetration tumor targeting. QDs were stabilized Pluronic F127 block copolymer micelles, offering us optically colloidally stable contrast agents vitro vivo imaging. Two-photon excitation has been demonstrated, accomplishing NIR-to-NIR transaction. devotes steps promoting use as low-toxic, photostable, cadmium-free semiconductor nanocrystal formulation multiple imaging
