摘要: The aim of this study was to discover whether or not the balance a group older women could be improved using nine simple, clinical tests before and after training period. A total 34 healthy 70-year-old volunteered for they were randomised into two groups: first received 1 hour's twice week 5 weeks; second control did receive any training. included: standing on one leg (a) with without visual feedback (b) rotation neck; walking along beam; in figure-of-eight; as fast possible. significantly six out tests, whereas no such improvement seen among controls. We conclude that aged 70 years are able improve their both when walking.
