Observation of the N2 Herman infrared system in pulsed positive streamer induced emission at atmospheric pressure

摘要: Time-resolved emission spectroscopy has been applied to the study of optical induced by pulsed positive primary streamers in coaxial geometry generated high-purity nitrogen at atmospheric pressure. During investigation post-discharge emission, formation N2(B 3Πg, C 3Πu, C'' 5Πu, C' 3Πu) states through N2(A 3Σu+) energy pooling reactions discovered. The evolution metastable species inferred analysis time dependence band intensities Herman infrared N2(C'' 5Πu→ A' 5Σg+) system. It found that, case nitrogen, maximum density metastables occurs during early period (0.5-1 µs). production NO(X 2Π) and OH(X radicals originating from O2 H2O impurities emissions NO(A 2Σ+) OH(A states. densities occur 9 5 µs times, respectively.
