摘要: First driven and developed by the pharmaceutical industry, now with established roots in materials science catalysis, combinatorial synthesis high-throughput screening methods are systematically changing way which research is conducted. Increased rates of innovation, greater intellectual leaps from experiment to experiment, cost-effectiveness, improved property positions, reduced time market, a generally probability success some important virtues that being enjoyed successful programs. Once considered crude “shotgun” approach viewed much skepticism, thoughtful productive approaches penetrating field organometallic chemistry, results presented this chapter underscore tremendous advantages they offer. Here we describe latest advances emerging field, particular emphasis on chemical taken target complexes interest, experimental reactor formats employed, analytical techniques for rapid product analyses.
