摘要: The main purpose of this study was to analyze the structure and content real-life attributions, using these data examine some important theoretical empirical issues in attribution theory. causal attributions examined came from free-response verbal protocols explanations for marital separation 29 males 33 females living New Zealand. Respondents gave importance weghts their protocols, utilizing technique subjective magnitude estimation. Ipsative data, representing perceived responsibility different targets (self, ex-spouse, external factors, etc.), were derived weights, impact a range independent variables exerted on percentages examined. Evidence is presented which supports validity reliability technique. normative gathered found be both consistent inconsistent with aspects implications theory are discussed.
