摘要: Abstract There is a need for systematic, research-based and tested game design methodologies that takethe needs preferences of different players into better consideration than the current industrypractices. In order to investigate future pervasive playing on mobile devices theUniversity Tampere Hypermedia Laboratory’s research project Wireless Gaming Solutions forthe Future (MOGAME) has developed aprototype persistent multiplayer game. Rather thanstarting from team’s own or by analyzing imitating existingtheteam decided commence process researching “realplayers” their preferences. The player study used gameplay scenarios were presented tothe informants in comic strip format. After analysis, key findings summarized intorequirements then adopted as goals design. A player-centredgame approach like this can be laborious its challenges, but it also provideduseful information inspiration Thus, we argue should moreinvolved development currently typical. This paper describes andevaluates experiences gathered while using scenario-based informpervasive
