摘要: Ribonuclease P (RNase P) is a ribonucleoprotein responsible for the endonucleolytic cleavage of 5′-termini tRNAs. MRP MRP) that has ability to cleave both mitochondrial RNA primers presumed be involved in DNA replication and rRNA precursors production mature rRNAs. Several lines evidence suggest these two ribonucleoproteins are related each other, functionally evolutionarily. Both enzymes have activity nucleus mitochondria. Each their substrates divalent cation dependent manner generate 5′-phosphate 3′-OH termini. In addition, subunits complexes can folded into similar secondary structure. immunoprecipitated from mammalian cells with Th antibodies. yeast, been found share at least one common protein. This review will discuss some recent advances our understanding structure, function evolutionary relationship yeast,Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
