摘要: Previously, nitrile hydratase (NHase) from Corynebacterium nitrilophilus was obtained and showed potential in polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibre modification. In the present study, modification conditions of C. NHase on PAN were investigated. optimal conditions, wettability dyeability (anionic reactive dyes) treated by reached a similar level those alkali. addition, chemical composition microscopically observable changed surface after treatment. Meanwhile, it revealed that cutinase combined with facilitates hydrolysis slightly because ester existed as co-monomer hydrolyzed. All these results demonstrated can modify efficiently without textile structure damage, this study provides foundation for further application industry.
