摘要: This paper describes total determination of aflatoxins B1 and B2 in pistachio samples using corona discharge ion mobility spectrometry (IMS). A new injection port was designed to introduce liquid into the IMS. Using this port, solvent (methanol) containing standard or an extracted sample directly introduced port. Calibration curves resulting from experimental analyses were linear within two orders magnitude relative deviations (R.S.D.) less than 10%. The limit detection (LOD) found be 0.25 ng for both aflatoxins. Addition ammonia as dopant carrier gas improved LOD by a factor 2.5. Pistachio analyzed demonstrate capability proposed method detecting real samples.
