摘要: Camptothecin (CPT), a natural DNA topoisomerase 1 inhibitor, is commonly used as model hydrophobic compound for anticancer drug delivery research. Nanoparticle loaded with active drugs has the potential to selectively deliver therapeutic agents into tumor cells without affecting normal tissues, and hence attracting tremendous attention from biomedical scientists. Nanoparticles can benefit enhanced permeability retention effect (EPR) of tissues that allows nanoparticles be transported through leaky blood vessels retained longer time compared traditional small molecule drugs. In particular, covalent camptothecin conjugates are extensive interest due their robust stability by chemical bonding. this mini-review, recent progress nanosized will discussed focus on difference materials well combined therapy cancer.
