摘要: Ultrasound has been found useful in increasing the efficiency and consumer safety food processing. Removal of heavy metal (lead, mercury, arsenic) contamination milk is extremely important regions poor ecological environment – urban areas with motor traffic or well established metallurgical/cement industry. In this communication, we report on preliminary studies application low frequency (20 kHz) ultrasound for decontamination without affecting its physical, chemical, microbiological properties.
