摘要: Objective To investigate the expression kinetics of interleukin-1 receptors (IL-1R), receptor antagonist (IL-1RN), and monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1) throughout early gestation in mice. Design Assessment IL-1R, IL-1RN, MCP-1 pregnancy. Setting Reproduction laboratory. Animal(s) B6C3F1 female mice bred with fertile males same strain. Intervention(s) Collection endometrial tissue at necropsy from nonimplanted implanted sites. Main Outcome Measure(s) mRNA by quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay immunohistochemistry. Result(s) The signaling IL-1R1 significantly increased first 2 days gestation, which corresponded to inflammatory-like period triggered seminal fluid, before increasing again implantation window lasting embryo implantation. inhibitory IL-1R2 IL-1RN concomitantly during gestational days 1–2 but remained low, particularly within sites period. only showed a significant positive correlation expression. Conclusion(s) Our data identified for time synchronous changes IL-1R in vivo point deep modulation receptivity IL-1 embryo-driven signals. This may play key role creation receptive phenotype maternal endometrium represent mechanism underlying
