摘要: Son yillarda tarimsal alanlarda, orman ve bahcelerde hastalik zararlilara karsi kullanilan pestisitlerin arilara verdigi zararlar gundeme geldikce ureticiler ilac tercihlerini zarar vermeyen ilaclar yonunde kullanmaya baslamislardir. Thiacloprid, neonikotinoid bilesenler sinifina ait dunya capinda yaygin olarak bir pestisittir. Bu amacla calismamizda thiacloprid etken maddeli insektisitin ulkemizde bulunan Anadolu bal arisi ( Apis mellifera anatoliaca ) Kafkas arisinin causica yasam sureleri uzerine etkileri arastirilmistir. Calismada ele alinan etiket dozu (40 ml/100 L su) bu dozdan %50 oraninda seyreltilerek hazirlanan alti ayri kontrol grubu icin su puskurtulerek belirlenmistir. Uygulama yapildiktan sonra 12 saat araliklarla denemeler edilmis uygulanan arilarin grubuna gore surelerinde meydana gelen degisiklikler En yuksek dozda insektisit tamami icinde olurken arilari ortalama 16 gun, 15 gun yasamistir. Pestisit suresi arisinda sirasi ile 6 5 gundur. Doz arasindaki iliski (Anadolu Arisinda R² = 0.9745, 0,9439) oldukca bulunmustur. Kontrol arilar pestisit puskurtulen daha fazla yasamislardir. ise surelerindeki dusme orani %62.70 %64.10
