摘要: Networks of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) can be processed from solution and have excellent mechanical properties. They are highly flexible stretchable. Depending on the type (semiconducting or metallic) they used as replacements for metal transparent conductive oxide electrodes semiconducting layers field-effect transistors (FETs) with high carrier mobilities. thus competitive alternatives to other solutionprocessable materials printed electronics. This review introduces basic properties SWNTs, current methods dispersion separation metallic SWNTs techniques deposit pattern dense networks dispersion. Recent examples applications conductors semiconductors in (opto-)electronic devices integrated circuits will discussed.
