摘要: The American Psychological Association and many other professional mental health organizations require graduate programs to provide education in multicultural issues. However, the effectiveness of has been debated literature over past several years. overall purpose this study was examine using meta-analytic methodologies. Findings revealed that interventions were typically associated with positive outcomes across a wide variety participant characteristics. Multicultural explicitly based on theory research yielded nearly twice as beneficial those not. Priorities for future inquiry are enumerated, increased institutional support initiatives is solicited.
