摘要: Abstract Summary: The purpose of this article is to describe the outcome an arthroscopic examination and pathology in symptomatic shoulders 41 professional overhand throwing athletes. With arm position relocation test, 100% subjects had either contact between rotator cuff undersurface posterosuperior glenoid rim or osteochondral lesions. Other key findings included fraying 93%, labral 88%, anterior 36% subjects. This study supports concept impingement posterior with athlete shoulder pain.
