摘要: Black core-shelled anatase titania were successfully prepared using a simple one-step synthetic method by calcining colloid precursor in N2 flow under atmospheric pressure. The physicochemical properties of the as-prepared samples characterized various techniques such as X-ray diffraction, high resolution transmission electron microcopy, etc. demonstrate unique structure and paramagnetic resonance spectra reveal presence concentration Ti3+ oxygen vacancies at surface, which accounts for their black appearance. A possible mechanism formation core–shell is proposed based on results (X-ray photoelectron spectra, etc) products different ration between urea hydrochloric acid. Ethanol absolute found to have critical effect preventing phase transition (from rutile) upon elevated temperatures. appearance sample powder (high visible light absorption) well slow electron/hole recombination rate after introducing vacancies/N species signify an efficient active photocatalyst.
