摘要: Abstract Three men with Whipple's disease had platelet counts of 729,000–1,142,000 per mm 3 , which fell to normal as their illness responded antibiotic therapy. Reports on and hospital charts from the largest published series reveal thrombocytosis in 11 24 patients whose were recorded. The prevalence anemia, marrow infiltration, classic manifestations did not differ between without thrombocytosis. is similar that celiac sprue, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis.
