摘要: Abstract Cryogenic air separation unit (ASU) consume high amount of energy to produce oxygen and nitrogen with purity. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification process provides low temperature cryogenic refrigeration source which can be used in ASU efficiency. In this study two processes for production purity consumption are proposed analyzed. The first is a two-column configuration power per 16.6% lower, compared convectional process. the second one, liquefied cold pre-cooling feed air. This greatly reduces compressors located before columns by more than 55.6% process, without much change products. saving generation cycle 2715 kW 17,810 kW respectively. Both use an integrated heat exchanger both condenser pressure column reboiler column.
