摘要: Ovaries were taken from five sexually mature amphipods: Gammarus fossarum, pulex, roeseli, Hyallela azteca and Parhyale hawaiensis. The soluble proteome extracted individual pair of ovaries biological replicates was trypsin digested the resulting peptides analyzed by high resolution tandem mass spectrometry. spectra assigned with four protein sequence databases different specificities: a RNAseq-derived G. fossarum database; P. hawaiensis both originating transcriptome; Daphnia pulex database derived whole-genome sequencing NCBInr database. best interpretation obtained for most animals specific RNA-seq previously established means RNAseq carried out on fossarum. Proteins identified in amphipod species allow defining core-proteome female reproductive tissues Senticaudata suborder. data accompanying manuscript describing searches comparative analysis Trapp et al., 2015 [1] have been deposited to ProteomeXchange identifiers PXD002253 (G. fossarum), PXD002254 pulex), PXD002255 roeseli), PXD002256 (H.
