摘要: Abstract The probability and appropriate processing parameters of hot pressing diffusion bonding (HP–DW) a titanium alloy (TC4) to stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) with an aluminum (LF6) interlayer have been investigated. microstructure the bonded joints has observed by optical microscopy, SEM, XRD EDX, main factors affecting process were analyzed. results showed that atom diffused well no intermetallic compound or other brittle compounds appeared at optimum parameters. fracture way was ductile fracture. With increment temperature, large number such as FeAl 6 , Fe 3 Al, 2 which along interface between interlayer, result, quality decreased significantly
