摘要: To monitor the bacteriological quality of raw milk and farm products, 143 samples 100 64 butters, 9 yogurts, 16 cheeses, 7 ice creams 4 fresh produced in Belgium were examined for coliforms, β-glucuronidase positive Escherichia coli, verotoxin producing coli 0157, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp., Listeria spp. monocytogenes. The results compared with threshold maximum values EC directive 92/46/EC or Belgian Order Council from September 3, 2000. presence ofstaphylococcal enterotoxins was investigated on S. aureus counts higher than legal mentioned or, if not regulated directive, value Council. obtained hygiene-indicators E. comparable most other industrialized countries. Compared to a prevalence 0. 7% 6.3% for, respectively, O157 L. monocytogenes, no found 25 g samples. isolated 0157 strain confirmed be verotoxigenic; it VT2, eaeA hlyA. In butter only 18. monocytogenes but also often exceeded. No significant difference between count as well butter. on-farm made suggest that suitable hygienic conditions are always provided. One cream contained g.
