n-Dependent variations of coercivity with temperature in [Co/Pt]n multilayers

摘要: Abstract In a series of [Co(5 A)/Pt(6 A)] n multilayers with perpendicular anisotropy, it has been observed that the coercivity H C shows an rapid increase as temperature is decreased from 300 to 5 K. Above 220 K, proportional repetition number , say, C4  >  C3 C2 C1 ( Cn number), while at 60 K ≤  T ≤ 210 K, dependence . At 25 K ≤   ≤ 55 K, function can be expressed whereas below 20 K, single Co layer  = 1 fastest increase, and becomes largest one, namely, This -dependent variations attributed surface roughness saturation magnetization in Co/Pt multilayers.
