摘要: 458 Objectives The purpose of the current study is to compare a new user-friendly liver-based quantitative analysis method for response assessment on PET with standard validated 3-D volume-based region-growing algorithm in same group patients MPM. Methods A cohort 29 consecutive (M:F=19:10; mean age 64years) affected by MPM and investigated FDG-PET at baseline after 2 cycles chemotherapy was included comparison. quantification performed as described Boucek et al. JNM 2005, whereas applied using threshold semi-automated contouring GE ADW4.6 workstation. Two separate NM physicians utilized independently blinded each other or patients. tumor SUVmax Total Lesion Glycolysis (TLG) before therapy were determined, both methods we calculated %SUVmax %TLG variations. Results All parameters considered comparison resulted consistent presented no statistically significant difference means McNemar test: (p=0.252 0.4, respectively); TLG (p=0.215 0.498); (p=0.267); (p=0.358). Direct Passing & Bablok regression confirmed that two gave comparable results deviation from linearity (p>0.05), (p>0.1), (p>0.1). subjective ease implementation involved judged rapidly reproducible. Conclusions previously algorithm, advantage being user-friendly.
