摘要: High dream recallers (HR) show a larger brain reactivity to auditory stimuli during wakefulness and sleep as compared low (LR) also more intra-sleep wakefulness, but no other modification of the macrostructure. To further understand possible causal link between responses, recall, we investigated microstructure HR LR, tested whether amplitude evoked potentials was predictive arousing reactions sleep. Participants (18 HR, 18 LR) were presented with sounds whole night in lab polysomnographic data recorded. Sleep (arousals, rapid eye movements, muscle twitches, spindles, K-complexes) assessed using visual, semi-automatic automatic validated methods. Auditory (awakenings or arousals) non-arousing subsequently computed. No between-group difference found. In N2 sleep, elicited parieto-occipital positivity an increased late frontal negativity stimuli. As showed long awakenings, regardless stage did not numerous longer arousals. These results suggest that response determine subsequent awakening duration (and arousal) is critical parameter for recall. Notably, our led us propose minimum necessary successful encoding dreams into long-term memory approximately 2 minutes.
