摘要: International projects involve both uncertainties raised domestically and external risks in international transactions. Through a questionnaire survey case studies among architectural, engineering, construction (AEC) firms operating the Gulf, this study found 36.5% risk factors that should be contemplated before award of contracts 53.9% afterward to ensure smooth running. An breakdown structure (E-RBS) framework for foreign AEC Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states were developed users identify respond more systematic manner. outside Malaysia are strongly advised use forecasting mitigation when Gulf.
