摘要: For further study of the salt-out mechanism in chemical pump, under different temperatures, Particle Image Velocimetry combined with image processing method is used to measure turbulent flow sodium sulfate solution impeller. The experimental results indicate that: there not any crystal particle during delay period, so performance pump affected. After nuclei are born from supersaturation and grow larger temperature decreases. At lower temperature, tendency particles moving toward pressure side vane more significant. According analysis results, it considered that two main reasons for this phenomenon, low velocity near favor growth, on other hand, composite force leaned because high density crystal. These helpful engineering design kind pump.
