摘要: Abstract In order to realize a chemical sensor with high signal reproducibility, thermo-shrinking photo cross-linkable co- and terpolymer of N -isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm), 2-(dimethyl maleimido)- -ethylacrylamide (DMIAAm) as the chromophore poly(2-vinylpyridine) (P2VP) (or , -dimethylacrylamide (DMAAm), respectively) has been used chemo-mechanical transducer. Commercially available pressure chips flexible thin silicon bending plate have employed mechano-electrical transducer for transformation deflection into an corresponding electrical output signal. A film hydrogel deposited onto backside irradiated UV light. The aqueous solution be measured pumped through inlet tubes chip cavity induces swelling or shrinking processes hydrogel. Changes in polymer composition allowed vary gel volume phase transition temperature ( T c ) from 25 °C P2VP-block-P(NIPAAm-co-DMIAAm) 43 °C NIPAAm-DMIAAm-DMAAm terpolymer. combination temperature-sensitive PNIPAAm pH-sensitive P2VP component us pH long-term stable range between 2 5. addition, sensitivity sensors regard concentration changes different inorganic solutes studied. influence initial gel-conditioning procedure on value well proposed was investigated. Measurement conditions necessary reproducibility stability were determined.
