摘要: The giant sarcomeric protein titin has multiple important functions in cardiac muscle cells. Due to its gigantic size, central position the sarcomere, and modular composition of elastic I-band domains, is a scaffold for sarcomere assembly serves as molecular spring that defines myofilament distensibility. An increasing body evidence suggests an role posttranslational modification modulating cardiomyocyte stiffness. This review provides overview on current knowledge signaling pathways kinases involved phosphorylating healthy diseased hearts further highlights some recent findings suggest adaptation stiffness response oxidative stress.
